WHAT'S YOUR QUALITY GUARANTEE?

Your fresh roses will arrive in pristine condition and make an extraordinary impression. If you are not satisfied with your roses for any reason, please contact us within 24hrs of their arrival at support@ferushltd.com.  Please include the order number in the subject line as well as a picture of your arrangement.


DO YOU DELIVER TO ME?

We currently deliver to the Greater Edmonton Area & Calgary. Please sign up to our newsletter to be notified once we launch our Nationwide delivery service.


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?

We need a MINIMUM notice of 24 hours per order. 

CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?

At the moment all orders must be delivered. We do not offer a pick-up method.

WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE?

Although we cannot provide an exact time that the order will be delivered, we plan to have your orders delivered within a reasonable timeframe but on occasion there may be delays which are out of our control.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

The great thing about Ferush is that our roses come packaged in a box with their own individual water viles. Your roses will be fine for a few hours depending on weather conditions but we would suggest not having them outside for more than 2 hours.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN YOU SEND IT TO THE RECIPIENT?

Absolutely! During the check-out process, make sure you write the recipient's shipping information instead of yours if you want us to deliver it directly to their address. Before check-out, you may also add the recipient's name in the notes section where you enter your preferred delivery date and we'll make sure to include a complimentary personalized message..

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Ferush Limited. will not accept responsibility for incorrect information provided. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us ASAP.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

The shipping fee will automatically populate on the checkout page based on your order.
